Intelligent tensioning pump is used for the automatic control of bridge prestressing tensioning.
Description
The intelligent tensioning pump station is used to provide power for the YCWZT jack, and the operation control system software quickly and accurately controls the valve switch and the flow of hydraulic oil, thereby accurately controlling the prestress value applied during the construction process.
The intelligent tension pumping station includes two parts: the main pumping station and the auxiliary pumping station. The data transmission and communication are carried out between the main pumping station and the auxiliary pumping station through the wireless communication module. By the wireless communication technology, it realizes various intelligent tensioning combining schemes such as one pump and one jack, one pump double jacks, two pumps double jacks, multi-jacks synchronization, etc.This can make tensioning more convenient.
