Intelligent grouting system is a special system designed for bridge construction, which divides grouting into batching and groutingtwo separate processes. The batching process automatically controls the start and stop of each motor by collecting the quality value collected by the load cell.It is intelligent and automated. During the grouting process, the grouting and pressure maintenance can be intelligently judged by collecting the inlet and outlet pressures.
The system is combined with the grouting trolley to realize automatic feeding, automatic metering, high-speed mixing, low-speed mixing for slurry storage, and pumping of slurry liquid (optional), suction vacuum (optional), automatic data recording integration, used in railway, highway and bridge construction projects’ pestressed construction and production of some chemical companies.
